Very clever concept, and solid gameplay too. Minor feedback: the click handlers on purchase items does not register, if you click on the yellow portion that indicates the price. For accessibility, I had to quit your game because I have some injuries that make holding down and aiming with a mouse difficult for prolonged periods. Consider adding an autoclick option. I liked that you made your How to Play button super big to draw attention to it immediately. Smart design.

after playing a bit:

the fire-rate is super powerful, and gives you a big buff at level 1

the player should heal between rounds

Really like it, good basic game. Are the upgrades supposed to have no value the first time you buy them?

As of right now that is correct. I've been focusing on implementing the functionality, but the tweaking of the algorithms for the upgrades will come. thanks for the feedback. Ill let you know when i fix it.
